How E. Michelle Inc. handles information you share through service inquiries, consultation bookings and event update requests.

When you submit a service inquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, service interests, website address, goals and project details. When you book a consultation, we receive scheduling and intake details provided through Calendly and information needed to administer the appointment and payment. If you request networking updates, we receive your name, email address and any business or organization name you provide, along with your choice to receive event invitations and service news. Please do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers, full credit reports, or other sensitive financial information in a general inquiry.
How we use it
We use your information to review and respond to inquiries, prepare for and schedule consultations, communicate about requested services, provide any services you choose to engage, and maintain related business records. We may contact you about your inquiry or appointment using the details you provide. We send networking invitations and service promotions to people who explicitly ask to receive those updates. You can unsubscribe using a link in any marketing email or contact us to stop receiving them.
Services that help us operate
We use Jotform to collect service inquiries, Calendly to schedule consultations, Stripe to process consultation payments through Calendly, and Mailchimp to collect and manage email-list subscriptions and send event and service updates. Those services handle information under their own privacy notices. Payment card details are entered through the booking payment interface rather than this website’s inquiry form. Our site may also load fonts and other resources from third-party providers.
Sharing and retention
Information may be accessible to the service providers used to operate the inquiry, scheduling, payment, and communication processes, and may be disclosed when required by law. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business records, or meet applicable obligations.
Your choices and questions
You may contact us to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, request deletion where applicable, or stop receiving event and service updates. Email emichelleinc@outlook.com.
